What if I am not sure which program fits me?

Send a short note via the contacts page. We will reply with one or two suggestions, no commitment required.

Are sessions available in English and Finnish?

Yes. Our studio works fluently in both languages — please mention your preference when you write to us.

Can I switch packs after I start?

Of course. If your needs change, we will move the remaining sessions or credit the difference toward another program.

What does a session look like in practice?
